The Role

We are currently searching for a Brand Partnerships Coordinator, reporting to the Brand Partnerships Lead. This is a full-time, 12-month contract opportunity. This role is responsible for coordinating the Brewer Promotional Programs, and other strategic partnership engagements in collaboration with the Brand Partnerships team.  The Brand Partnerships Coordinator will liaise with internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute brewer and partner activations, maintain thorough and detailed files for each program, ensure compliance of applications and artwork and assist with annual program updates.

Location

Our Corporate Office is located in Bolton, ON. We offer a hybrid work model with visits into the office a minimum of three times per week and on an as-needed basis depending on the role and function.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinate retail, digital, and external promotional programs from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with program guidelines and timelines
  • Review brewer program submissions and artwork each period (13 cycles per year) to confirm compliance with The Beer Store’s policies and resolve issues before launch
  • Collaborate with brewers, vendors, and internal teams to manage workflows, deadlines, and execution requirements for promotional activations
  • Communicate program details to distribution and retail teams, ensuring product availability, store readiness, and flawless launch execution
  • Maintain detailed planning and scheduling documentation for all promotions, including applications, artwork, and communication records
  • Develop and distribute store communications outlining program activity, activation standards, merchandising direction, and pricing updates
  • Partner with vendors to coordinate print production, shipping, and other program logistics to support on-time, in-market execution
  • Support production and maintenance of the annual promotions and advertising catalog, ensuring content accuracy across brewer-facing channels
  • Administer communication and administrative processes, including managing team inboxes, maintaining contact lists, and supporting asset and billing management
  • Assist with financial tracking and reporting, including forecasting, budgeting, accruals, and invoicing to support program accountability and transparency
  • Perform other related duties and projects as assigned

Who You Are - Your Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Education

  • University degree or College diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or comparable designation

Experience

  • 2-3 years experience in Marketing, Merchandising, Project Coordination or related role
  • Knowledge of the beer industry and an understanding of marketing principles and practices

Skills

  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to multi-task to balance numerous priorities simultaneously while delivering on all deadlines, commitments and objectives
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, taking initiative and following through on work assignments
  • Exercise sound judgement to evaluate risk and priorities effectively
  • Strong computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office and SAP
  • Thorough, logical and well organized
