Our Customer Contact Centre employs approximately 40 part-time and full-time Bargaining Unit and Non-Union team members. The Contact Centre is located in London Ontario, however our Call Centre Agents benefit from our flexible hybrid work environment. This team is passionate about providing exceptional customer service for our customers and licensees across Ontario, providing support for all telephone and online inquiries and issues.
