The Role

We are currently searching for a Operations Administrator reporting to the Supervisor, Operations. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity. Candidates will primarily work the afternoon shift (12:00pm to 8:00pm) Monday to Friday, however, this may vary according to operational needs. The Operations Administrator plays a key role in supporting daily operations and administrative tasks that support overall logistics efficiency.

On-site at the Barrie Cross Dock

What You'll Be Doing

  • Maintain accurate records of shipments received, return of full goods to brewers, ensuring correctness of information entered into the system
  • Daily reporting and ongoing verification/compilation of paperwork
  • Support operations working in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Ensure that customer service targets and goals are successfully met
  • Ensure the company’s Health and Safety, operational and budgetary efficiencies are met
  • Exemplify the Company’s dedication to customer service
  • Direct contact with internal and external customers as required
  • Investigate and complete customer credit requests
  • Build load manifests 
  • Perform other related duties and projects as assigned

Who You Are - Your Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Education

  • Completion of related Post-Secondary education

Experience

  • A minimum of 1 - 3 years of operations/warehouse experience
  • Previous experience with SAP is considered an asset

Skills

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • The ability to make sound decisions in a timely fashion
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent customer service, communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
