The Role
We are currently searching for a Distribution Coordinator reporting to the Manager, Forecasting & Replenishment. This is a full-time permanent opportunity. This role is responsible for overseeing and managing full goods listing activities across Brewer's Distributor's Ltd. (BDL). You will coordinate the distribution of beer products to BDL distribution centers, including replenishment, deliveries, redistribution, reverse logistics, and routing for brewers. The position also involves providing support to brewers, agents, and company sites, serving as the primary liaison between all parties involved.
Location
We welcome applicants based in the following primary operating locations, Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan. This role follows a hybrid work model that includes a blend of remote work and time at Company worksite.
What You'll Be Doing
- Maintain optimal inventory levels at company sites by managing sales forecasts and adhering to store capacity
- Monitor stock levels daily, address excess inventory through transfers or adjustments, and manage brewer fleet routing to ensure efficient deliveries and quotas
- Manage system maintenance in internal systems for new article listings, brewer expansions, and updates, ensuring accurate supply sources, replenishment types, and delivery schedules
- Serve as the liaison between BDL sites and brewers/agents, handling inquiries related to distribution issues, product availability, new listings, and emergency add loads
- Provide brewers with ad hoc reports related to inventory and orders
- Other related projects and duties as assigned
Education
- Completion of a Post-secondary degree in a related field is required
Experience
- 2-3 years of experience using SAP
- 2-3 years of experience working in inventory management in a retail, logistics or distribution environment
- Must have a strong understanding of logistics operations, including store capacities, delivery constraints, driving distances, and varying store schedules. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to regional distribution specifics

- Ability to prioritize tasks; required to meet deadlines with competing pressures
- Adaptable and responsive to change
- Capable of managing time effectively, working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Demonstrate diplomacy and professionalism in all interactions with brewers, agents, internal teams, and others, with the ability to manage demanding or difficult situations effectively
- Excellent levels of communication both verbal and written
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ability to think critically and take initiative
Compensation
