The Role
We are currently searching for a Manager, Forecasting & Replenishment, reporting to the Senior Manager, Distribution Planning. This vacancy is a full-time, permanent opportunity. The Manager, Forecasting & Replenishment is responsible for leading inventory planning and control across retail and distribution operations. This role drives accurate forecasting, optimizes inventory levels, and ensures timely product replenishment to meet customer demand while supporting operational efficiency. Acting as a key liaison with brewers, agents, internal teams, and external partners, the Manager oversees ordering, purchasing, and the analysis of sales and inventory trends. The role also ensures compliance with inventory policies, supports new product launches and promotions, and manages critical processes such as container returns and fleet balancing.
Location
Our Corporate Office is located in Bolton, ON. We offer a hybrid work model with visits into the office a minimum of three times per week and on an as-needed basis depending on the role and function.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead, develop, and manage the Distribution team; drive performance through coaching, clear direction, and succession planning for high-potential talent
- Establish and govern departmental policies, processes, and best practices; represent Distribution within the Centre of Excellence (COE) and change control forums
- Provide strategic direction across article/vendor master data governance and ensure alignment with enterprise standards
- Oversee forecast accuracy and continuously optimize forecasting parameters in partnership with system specialists to improve performance against KPIs
- Ensure optimal inventory levels across all retail outlets, balancing service levels, production planning, and shelf-life constraints
- Direct the integrity, maintenance, and continuous improvement of F&R and ECC data (e.g., listings, lead times, demand drivers)
- Lead system enhancements, testing, incident resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives within F&R, ensuring SAP-aligned solutions
- Act as primary liaison with brewers/agents; influence inventory, distribution, and promotional strategies to meet business and operational objectives
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with logistics, retail, and external partners to resolve issues, improve processes, and deliver business outcomes
- Lead critical operational processes including product recalls, inventory allocation for launches/promotions, and management of keg/bottle asset pools
- Provide analytics, insights, and recommendations (e.g., forecast performance, inventory trends, industry usage) to inform decision-making
- Develop and manage the annual operating plan and budget; ensure alignment to corporate strategy and maintain business continuity plans for F&R and master data
- Perform other related duties and projects as assigned
Who You Are - Your Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Education
- Post Secondary degree or equivalent in a related business area
- Professional Logistician (P.LOG) certification preferable
Experience
- 8+ year of industry experience related to distribution, retail operations, and warehousing
- 5+ years of management experience
- 3+ years of project management experience would be preferred
- Experience with SAP; P2P and F&R knowledge would be an asset

Compensation
