The Role
We are currently searching for a Project Manager, Project Management Office (PMO), reporting to the Senior Manager, PMO. This vacancy is a full-time, permanent opportunity. The Project Manager, PMO is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex, cross-functional projects in alignment with organizational strategy, PMO standards, and governance. The role partners closely with business leaders, project sponsors, and delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, with clear value realization. It also plays a critical role in enabling informed decision-making through robust analysis, governance and project reporting
Location
This position is based at the Company’s Corporate Office. Regular in person attendance is required, with a minimum of three (3) days per week in the office. Our Corporate Office is located in Bolton, ON.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, and milestones
- Lead projects through full lifecycle execution, ensuring alignment to scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Define project scope, objectives, success criteria, and delivery approaches in collaboration with sponsors and business leaders.
- Identify, sequence, and manage project dependencies across initiatives to ensure coordinated and efficient execution.
- Serve as the primary liaison for project sponsors and stakeholders, facilitating decisions and communicating progress with clarity and consistency.
- Provide executive‑level reporting, dashboards, and decision‑ready materials to support informed leadership oversight.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and interdependencies, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, vendor costs, and cross‑functional resource planning to maintain financial and delivery discipline.
- Ensure adherence to PMO standards, governance, methodologies, and reporting requirements while driving continuous improvement.
- Support portfolio‑level activities—including intake, prioritization, and reporting—and champion opportunities to improve delivery transparency, predictability, and effectiveness.
- Perform other related duties and projects as assigned
Who You Are - Your Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification required
- Formal training in Agile, or hybrid delivery methodologies is an asset
Experience
- 5+ years of progressive project management experience within a PMO or enterprise delivery environment
- Proven experience managing medium-to-large-scale, cross-functional projects
- Experience working with senior leaders, project sponsors, and external vendors
- Demonstrated experience with PMO governance, reporting and portfolio-level processes
- Experience in change management and organizational transformation initiatives preferred
Skills
- Strong project planning, scheduling, and risk management capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Financial acumen, including budget management and forecasting
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Monday.com or equivalent)
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
- High attention to detail combined with the ability to maintain a strategic, big-picture view
Compensation
The hiring range for this position is $83,000-$103,700 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
