Draught Services, a division within The Beer Store, is Canada’s oldest and largest draught service and equipment company established since 1947. We work with Brewers and Licensees towards the common goal of promoting the highest quality draught beer experience through industry leading installation, global partnerships, and an established US and Canadian dealer network. We offer nationwide installation, system cleaning and service, and support and offer Canada’s premier Keg repair service.

The Role

We are currently seeking a Field Supervisor to join our Draught Services division on a full-time, permanent basis. Reporting to the Manager, Draught Services, this role is responsible for providing frontline leadership to a team of full-time and part-time Service Representatives across the province. The Field Supervisor will oversee and negotiate equipment and service contracts with licensees, suppliers, and subcontractors, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations. This position supports the Manager, Draught Services and the Supervisor, Business Unit, on key strategic initiatives and contributes to the ongoing delivery of service excellence.

Location

While our Draught Services Office is based in Oakville, ON, this position will supervise Service Representatives throughout South Western Ontario (Niagara to Windsor).

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide frontline leadership and support to a team of full-time and part-time Field Service Representatives across Ontario, ensuring alignment with divisional goals and service excellence standards
  • Coordinate and oversee service and installation assignments, ensuring high levels of productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Motivate, coach, and develop team members by delivering constructive feedback, promoting accountability, and fostering continuous growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by supporting team efforts in revenue generation and customer engagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, chain partners, breweries, and vendors to support business development and cross-provincial collaboration
  • Implement and maintain policies, procedures, and systems to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant field operations
  • Educate customers on Draught Services’ value, capabilities, and terms of service to strengthen customer relationships and drive loyalty
  • Promote a culture of teamwork and collaboration across field teams to enhance performance and morale
  • Address and resolve customer issues or service concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and personnel information, while contributing to planning and administrative processes
  • Perform other related duties and projects as assigned
     

Who You Are - Your Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Post-secondary education considered an asset

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience
  • A background in Mechanical/Trades is preferred
  • 3+ years working in a Draught Services environment preferred

Skills

  • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical systems
  • Ability to use various hand tools, working from heights (ladders, lifts), and physically fit and capable to lift heavy materials
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Superior communication and organization skills
  • In-depth understanding of all facets of the Draught Services Division and the broader draught beverage industry preferred
  • Excellent public relations and customer service skills, with the ability to effectively address accounts receivable issues and resolve Licensee concerns and complaints
  • Demonstrates understanding and working knowledge of relevant Employee and Labour Legislation including Employment Standards Act, Ontario Labour Relations Act, Human Rights Code
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals and teams at all levels of the organization, including peers, leaders, and direct reports
