The Role
We are currently searching for a Logistics Operations Administrator - Level 3 reporting to the Supervisor, Operations. This is a casual, part-time role, but we’re seeking someone with the flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week as business needs dictate. While the anticipated schedule is Monday to Thursday from 10am to 5pm, this may vary according to operational needs.

On-site at the Hanover Cross Dock
What You'll Be Doing
- Assist the Operations Supervisor with day to day activities within a busy unionized Distribution Centre environment
- Reconciliation of customer delivery invoices including processing payments
- Administer some Human Resources functions of the office within the parameters of Company policy, including assisting with payroll administration, and lost time prevention
- Timely handling of customer concerns through the ticket management system
- Preparing adjustments to customers accounts
- Enter purchase requisitions and complete good receipts in SAP
- Support with service-related calls for truck maintenance
- Accurate filing of confidential items
- Answering incoming calls
- Other jobs related to inventory and clerical duties and projects as assigned
Who You Are - Your Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Post secondary education considered an asset
Experience
- Previous experience with SAP is considered an asset
- Previous experience in an operations/warehouse environment an asset
Skills
- Excellent customer service, communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
- A professional, courteous, and welcoming manner – both in person and on the telephone
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety, Ministry of Transportation and WSIB regulations would be an asset
