Please review each section carefully to ensure the data is correct and that you are populating all of the required fields and questions. Once you have submitted your application, sit back, and relax! Applicant Review:
1 - 3 Weeks | Talent Acquisition
Our job postings are advertised online for a minimum of two weeks and typically have a deadline displayed. Once the job posting has closed, a member of the Talent Acquisition Team will review your profile within one week. While reviewing applicants, we assess whether the knowledge, skills, and abilities outlined in your resume align to the requirements of the role. Should you meet the criteria, you will be contacted to arrange a phone screen (telephone interview).  Please note, due to the high volume of applications we receive, only applicants selected for an interview will be contacted.

Phone Screening:
30 - 45 Minutes | Talent Acquisition
A member of the Talent Acquisition Team will email candidates that are proceeding to the phone screen stage to schedule an initial telephone discussion. This is your opportunity to ask questions about the role and learn more about what it’s like to work with us. After the phone screen, you will receive an email confirming whether you have been selected to move forward in the hiring process and what the next steps will be, if applicable. If you are not successful, please don’t let this discourage you! We encourage you to sign up for career alerts so that you can be notified when future positions become available in your desired field, work location, or area of interest.

Panel Interview:
50 – 60 Minutes | Talent Acquisition & Management
During this stage, a panel interview with the hiring team will either be scheduled in-person or virtually, via Microsoft Teams. This interview typically involves 1-2 Managers on the hiring panel along with a member of the Talent Acquisition Team. Panel interviews are comprised of technical, behavioural, and/or situational questions to assess your skills and fit for the team dynamic. At this stage, we are interested in getting to know you as a team member and how your unique  experience and skills can contribute to the team and/or organization at large. To help us understand your relevant and transferable work experience, please refer to the “Tips for an Effective Interview” page for helpful suggestions on how to frame your responses and examples. Typically, we hold one panel interview prior to making a decision. However, some roles may require additional interviews or skill-based testing.

Selection:
1 - 2 Weeks
During this stage, the hiring team will meet to discuss the results of interviews and determine if they would like to proceed to an offer. Please be patient, as there may be interviews booked for other candidates following your scheduled time. Once a selection has been made, you will receive an email from Talent Acquisition about the interview results.

Background/Reference Check:
10 - 15 Minutes Per Call | 1 week
Within one week of our final selection, a member of the Talent Acquisition Team will contact you to request three employment references. We ask candidates to provide us with references for former Supervisors/Managers who can best speak to your experience reporting into them. We do not accept personal or character references. If the role that you’ve applied for requires additional credentials or licences, this will be the stage that you will be requested to provide such documentation.

Offer:
24-48 Hours | Talent Acquisition
Once the Talent Acquisition Team has successfully completed the required reference/background checks, a member of the team will contact you to present the employment offer verbally. Should you accept, or wish to review more detail, a formal written offer will be sent via DocuSign to your email. You will be provided 3-4 business days to make your formal decision. Should you accept our offer, please add your initials and signature to the DocuSign offer letter and click submit. Your Talent Acquisition Specialist will receive a copy of the signed offer letter and be in touch shortly with next steps.
