The Role
Location
We offer Hybrid Flex work with visits into the office on an as-needed basis. We are open to receiving applicants from the Calgary, AB area. Up to 15% of business travel is required to support organizational needs, therefore a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is required.
What You'll Be Doing

Champion and lead supplier-facing S&OP processes, establishing governance, decision-making forums, and KPI frameworks that drive aligned, accountable planning across the network

Set and align the national fulfillment and integrated supply planning strategy, ensuring all supplier and brewer decisions support a unified enterprise-wide plan

Own and develop strategic relationships with brewers and suppliers, acting as the primary point of contact to drive trust, accountability, and service excellence

Define and execute network-wide fulfillment strategy, optimizing product availability, inbound readiness, inventory positioning, and operational performance

Lead enterprise inventory management strategy, balancing service, working capital, and supply continuity while reducing aged, slow-moving, and obsolete inventory

Drive promotional planning and new product introduction execution, ensuring cross-functional alignment and consistent delivery against service and commercial commitments

Establish and lead supplier performance management routines, enabling proactive risk identification, continuous improvement, and consistent service outcomes

Provide cross-functional leadership across supply chain functions, guiding data-driven decision-making on allocation, trade-offs, and network flow optimization

Anticipate, assess, and mitigate supply chain risks, leading contingency planning and ensuring network readiness to respond to disruptions with speed and clarity

Champion continuous improvement and planning capability development, driving lean practices, process standardization, and enhanced visibility through reporting and performance insights

Who You Are - Your Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Education
- APICS / CPIM / CSCP / SCMP or equivalent supply chain designation preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field
- Lean or continuous improvement training is considered an asset
- Post-graduate degree in Analytics, Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline preferred
Experience
- 8+ years of progressive supply chain leadership, with a track record of elevating fulfillment, inventory strategy, S&OP, and supplier collaboration capabilities within retail, beverage, CPG, or distribution environments
- Demonstrated experience leading and orchestrating brewer facing S&OPs, with a track record of designing governance structures that drive aligned, accountable supply planning across complex partner ecosystems
Skills
- Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning including demand, supply, inventory, service, and customer collaboration and how each dimension influences customer outcomes
- Deep expertise in customer supply chain strategy, service performance management, Customer S&OP governance, collaborative planning, and customer performance frameworks
- Demonstrated leadership presence with a strong ownership mindset and the ability to influence and align stakeholders across organizational functions and external customer relationships
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments within the business
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to represent supply chain strategy effectively to customers, brewers, and senior internal leaders
- Proficiency in customer-facing planning and collaboration tools such as JDA, SAP IBP, CPFR platforms, or equivalent systems, with the ability to use data and system outputs to strengthen customer alignment and service performance
- Strong analytical acumen and business judgment, with the ability to translate complex supply chain dynamics into clear customer insights and actionable decisions

Compensation
