The Role

We are currently searching for an Operations Administrator reporting to the Supervisor, Operations. This is a Full-Time Permanent opportunity.

Location

Onsite at the Port Coquitlam Distribution Centre

What You'll Be Doing

  • Inventory management including cycle counts in both SAP and MES, as well as managing inventory for the ACLP (Automated case and layer picker) including measurement and set up, line fill and stock management.
  • Daily reporting and ongoing verification/compilation of paperwork
  • Support operations working in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Effective communication and customer service skills as this position requires direct contact with internal and external customers or third-party carriers.
  • Investigate and complete customer credit requests
  • Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly inventory activities
  • Perform other related duties and projects as assigned

Who You Are - Your Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience

  • Preferable experience with SAP, and/or similar ERP  systems experience using business process management software
  • Experience working within a dispatch or warehouse environment would be preferable

Skills

  • Exceptional data-entry speed and accuracy
  • Ability to problem solve and take ownership in your responsibilities
  • Proven ability to produce accurate, efficient and timely documentation
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent customer service, communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills

The base salary for this position will range between $39,600 and $49,500.
